As a general commercial and business attorney specializing in resolving disputes on very complex issues, Tim consistently finds himself facing difficult challenges in order to accomplish the best result for the client. Tim specializes in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or bench and jury trials. He has handled hundreds of cases involving virtually every aspect of the law, ranging from patent litigation to complex securities litigation and construction contract litigation.

Tim also regularly is called upon by fellow attorneys to act as a  arbitrator and mediator.  He is a member of the Nebraska Mediation Association and sits on the Advisory Board for the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Office of Dispute Resolution.
